Are you an experienced professional in commercial real estate loans with strong negotiation skills and expertise in financial analysis? Key Responsibilities:

  • Loan Processing: Negotiate, process, and source commercial real estate loans, including acquisitions, refinances, and recapitalizations.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare financial packages and evaluate creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, rent rolls, Debt Service Coverage Ratios (DSCR), and Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios.
  • Lender Collaboration: Work with lenders to negotiate favorable loan terms for clients.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Must be bilingual in Mandarin.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate loans.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel and Yardi.
